Metallurgy laboratory: microscopic structure and piston solidity control

Chemistry laboratory: analysis of all materials entering the company with equipments like atomic absorption, viscometers and viscosity control systems, perm scope and etc. 

Precision-measuring Center: controlling all sensitive parameters of a piston with projector profile tools, three- dimensional CMM, diameter and length control using DMC, form tester with 0.1-1mm accuracy, gauge block , time measuring instruments, … 

Control while casting and machinery: controlling all products in production processes with modern equipments like Ultrasonic installed in production lines

Machinery final control: Thorough (100%) control and automatic grading of all dimensional parameters of pistons
